Raipur. 21 April 2021. The Health Department, after the RTPCR investigation of Corona, got the ICMR within the time-limit. Notice has been issued to seven labs not filing information on the portal. These include six labs in the capital Raipur and a lab in Bhilai. The department has issued notice to the managers of these labs and asked them to submit clarification within two days. In case the clarification is not received, action will be taken to cancel the permission under the Chhattisgarh Public Act, 1949 and Chhattisgarh Epidemic Disease Kovid-19 Regulations, 2020.
The Health Department has issued notice to Metropolis Healthcare, Pathkind Diagnostic, SRL Lab, Lifeworth Diagnostic, AM Pathlab, Rivara Lab and Bhilai’s Srishankaracharya Institute of Medical Sciences, Raipur, to give clarification within two days. The department has said in the notice issued to these labs that even after 48 hours of examining the Kovid-19 sample, the ICMR Dota entry is not being done in the portal. Due to this, contact-tracing of patients is not being done on time, due to which there is a possibility of spreading the infection in the community. Due to lack of information, the hospitalization and treatment process is not done smoothly.
