Raipur: Nursing students were given training on Kovid-19 care, management, protocol and Kovid friendly behavior.

Raipur. 13 April 2021. Today, students of various nursing courses were trained by the National Health Mission to treat the patients of Corona, Covid-19 protocol, Covid Appropriate Behaviour, Covid-19 care and management. Orientation of more than 500 nursing students from Durg and Bhilai was done in the training organized by video conference.

The Director of National Health Mission, Dr. Priyanka Shukla, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Smriti Hospital’s Anesthetist, Dr. Roopak Sharma, World Health Organization, Dr. Praneet Patale and Health System Officer Mr. Uriya Nag have done M.Sc. First and second years of nursing, B.Sc. Last year of nursing and GNM Provided training for Kovid Care and Management to final year students.

It is noteworthy that in view of the increasing number of corona patients in the state, it has been decided by the state government to take the services of nursing students as well. This training program was organized in Kovid Hospitals and Covid Care Centers for their orientation in various dimensions before taking nursing students.
