Dhamtari 06 March 2021. Information Camp cum Photograph Exhibition was organized by Public Relations Department in Gram Panchayat Ghathula, City Development Block today. According to the instructions of Collector Shri Jai Prakash Maurya, district level Janchaupal camp was organized in village Ghathula. During this period, a public exhibition was distributed by the Public Relations Department on the basis of various public welfare schemes of the state government.
Shri Lukesh Ram Patel, a farmer of village Ghathula who came to apply at Janchaupal camp, while inspecting the exhibition, said that he came to know about small forest produce including Tendupatta collection and their support price. Mr. Premanand Kunjam, a young man from village Pandarwahi, said that he liked the photographs based on Garh-Kalewa. The state government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, is making remarkable efforts to revive the food items becoming extinct in the state. Mr. Makhanlal Salam, who came to the camp from village Borai, bordering Odisha province, said that after reviewing the photographs, the government is doing the duty of truly being a matiputra by waiving loans of poor farmers. The villagers of Ghathula Mr. Lakhanlal Yadav and Mrs. Kumari Bai said that by coming here they saw the exhibition of photographs for the first time. Many schemes of the government came to know about this here. They provided free of cost material The exhibition was praised as saying it was better to be made available. The booklet, monthly magazine and brochure were distributed free of cost to all the applicants and villagers who came to the camp.
