Raipur: Chief Secretary told the merits of becoming a skilled administrative officer: Indian Administrative Service trainee officers of 2019 batch met the Chief Secretary

Raipur, 05 March 2021. Chief Secretary  Amitabh Jain informed the officers of the 2019 batch Indian Administrative Service at Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhavan here today during general discussion about the qualities required to become a skilled administrative officer.  Jain told him that as an administrative officer, it is necessary to understand any problem with sensitivity and take the right decision to solve it. For this, it is right to take advantage of the experiences of senior officers as well as departmental senior colleagues. While working as an administrative officer, you should try to solve problems by keeping control of your emotions and speech. The rules and regulations of governance should be used regularly by studying them regularly. As an administrative officer, the right implementation of development works in the interest of the general public is the hallmark of a skilled administrative officer. Mr. Jain has advised all trainee officers to work with these qualities.

 

Jain also inquired about the training and experience of the trainee officers till now. During this time the Director General of Chhattisgarh Academy of Administration, Mrs. Renu G. Pillay and Mrs. Jayashree Jain, Deputy Secretary, Chief Secretary Office were present. The program of orientation training of probation officers of 2019 batch Indian Administrative Service is being conducted from 22 February to 19 March at Chhattisgarh Academy of Administration Nimora. As a probationary officer, Mr. Jitendra Yadav, Assistant Collector Durg, Mr. Lalitaditya Neelam Assistant Collector Bilaspur, Ms. Namrata Jain Assistant Collector Raipur, Ms. Rena Jamil Assistant Collector Bastar and Mr. Vishwadeep Sahay
