Raipur: Development of leadership capacity from NSS: Ms. Uike: Volunteers involved in National Parade and National Awardee meet Governor

Raipur , 02 March 2021.  Governor Ms. Anusuiya Uike attended the National Parade of Republic Day at Raj Bhavan here today and has received a courtesy call from the NSS volunteers who received the National Service Scheme Award. It is known that two volunteers of Chhattisgarh were honored with the National Service Scheme Award of NSS. These national award winning students Mr. Rakesh Kumar and Mr. Satyendra Sahu have also been honored by the Governor Ms. Uike.
Giving heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the volunteers who received the National Award, Governor Ms. Uike said that it is a privilege to receive the National Award and you have brightened the name of Chhattisgarh by receiving the National Award on the occasion of Republic Day. Ms. Uyke said that I myself was previously associated with NSS. The NSS awakens the feeling of nationalism and by taking part in the camps of the NSS does not bring any inferiority to any small work and also creates a sense of dedication to the people and serve the people. NSS develops leadership capacity and does not fail a person by awakening confidence.
Awareness campaign conducted by NSS volunteers during the Corona period by the Governor and Kovid- 19Appreciating the work done to save the country, he said that one should work with a sense of belonging towards his state and country. He said that by reading biographies of great men, there is a lot to be learned and a person’s identity is formed through the way of working. The Governor said that while meeting the people , he listens to the problems of the general public , while also encouraging them to work in the national interest. On this occasion, the State Coordinator of NSS, Dr. Samarendra Singh , Program Coordinator of Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University Raipur, Dr. Neeta Bajpayee , Program Officer of DP Vip College Bilaspur, Smt. Reena Tamarkar and student Ku. Bhavna Jaiswal , Ku. Jyoti , Ku. Yashoda Rajwade , student Mr. Jitesh Kumar Dewangan, Mr. Vishal Kumar Dewangan , Mr. Lakesh Kumar Sidar , Mr. Satyendra Sahu and Mr. Rakesh Kumar were present.
