Work with the officer coordination and fulfill your participation in completing the project – Commissioner Mr. Churendra
Narayanpur 24 February 2021. Commissioner Mr. G.R. Churendra held a meeting of officials in the meeting hall of Narayanpur district office to review and coordinate the work being done for Dalli Rajhara Rawaghat Rail Project and Rawaghat Steel Project. In the meeting, Inspector General of Police Mr. P. Sundararajan , Collector Kanker Mr. Chandan Kumar , Collector Narayanpur Mr. Dharmesh Kumar Sahu , Deputy Inspector General of Police Kanker Range Mr. Vineet Khanna , Superintendent of Police Mr. Kanker Mr. M.R. Ahire , Superintendent of Police Narayanpur Mr. Mohit Garg , General Manager Rawaghat Project , BSP Bhilai Mr. Jayaprakash , Deputy Inspector General SSB , Forest Officer, Narayanpur Mr. N.R. Open ,Forest Officer , Bhanupratappur , Superintending Engineer Public Works Department Kanker , Superintending Engineer PMGSY Kanker , Superintending Engineer Public Health Engineering Department Kanker , Superintending Engineer Water Resources Jagdalpur were present.
At the meeting, Commissioner Mr. Churendra said that till now all the work is going smoothly , the officials should work in coordination , discharge their responsibilities responsibly to make it run more optimally , so that an atmosphere of cooperation remains. Maximize CSR activity in management affected areas. Along with this, start well in terms of providing employment to the affected people in these areas. Bhilai Steel Plant and Railways should provide employment to the people by coordinating with each other , so that an atmosphere of trust is created in the area. Forest department officials should start forest harvesting work immediately with necessary permission , so there is no delay in this work.
In the meeting, Inspector General of Police, Shri P. Sundararajan said that due to the sensitive area, the challenge in working here is more. Therefore, before starting the officer’s work, the security force of the concerned area must be informed about it. So that security arrangements can be made.
Collector Shri Dharmesh Kumar Sahu informed that the Jagdalpur Rowghat railway line is proposed to pass through 21 villages of Narayanpur district . For the purpose, government revenue land is 13.89 hectare , revenue forest land is 73.33 hectare , forest land is 76.88 hectare and private land is 95.09 hectare under Narayanpur district. 13.89 hectare government land has been transferred from 12 villages of Narayanpur district . The process of transferring the land of the revenue forest land and forest department is under process. Private land acquisition proceedings are prevalent in the office. 95.09 of the total 18 villages in the district Award has been passed for acquisition of hectare. The amount of award passed is Rs. 24 crore 44 lakhs , the amount of which is still pending.
Collector Kanker Shri Chandan Kumar informed that 193.31 hectares of private land of 27 villages of Kanker district coming under Dalli Rajhara Rawaghat-Jagdalpur railway line project has been acquired in 2 phases , the remaining action is being taken. The forest land under the former forest division of Kanker district has been transferred. The transfer of the remaining land is under process. Collector Mr. Chandan Kumar also discussed employment to the affected families in the project. He said that a proposal has been sent to the railway to provide employment to one member each of the 502 affected families , out of which 133 family members have been sent through Bhilai Steel Plant and 369Railway members are to be provided employment by the family. On delay in the process of providing employment, Commissioner Mr. Churendra gave instructions to the officials of BSP and Railway to take action to provide immediate employment.
