Technically, it is necessary to build the best structures at the right places so that the flow of drains under the ridge to valley scheme is slow and the water rises within which the ground water level can rise. This will be measured by the fact that the level of ground water from these structures has improved and the area Farmers started taking the second crop. A slight increase in water level brings life expectancy to the farmers . The collector said, take gram for example. Chana only gets water once. Public cooperation is also very much required to do such work. Go public , take their feedback. Old people are well-versed in the course of drains. Work done on them will prove more useful.
