Mahasamund 24 January 2021. Republic Day -2021 full dress rehearsal took place on Sunday at Mahasamund district headquarters. Collector Mr. Doman Singh, Superintendent of Police Mr. Prafulla Thakur, Additional Collector Mr. Jogendra Kumar Nayak reached the stage. At the full dress rehearsal, the Chief Guest was given a salute by the District Police Force, City Fighter (Guard of Honor). Rehearsal started at 9.00 am in Mahasamund Government Mahapramu Vallabhacharya College (Mini Stadium). On January 26, the same arrangement will remain. There will be no tableaux and cultural events on 26 January due to Corona. On this occasion, Additional Superintendent of Police, Mrs. Megha Tembulkar, Sub-Divisional Officer Mr. Sunil Kumar Chandravanshi, Deputy Collector Ms. Pooja Bansal, District Medical and Health Officer Dr. Nk Public Works, Women and Child Development Department, Education Department and other District Officer-employees were present along with Mandpe.
Home Minister Mr. Tamradhwaj Sahu will be the chief guest of the 26 January Republic Day celebrations held at the district headquarters. Minister Mr. Sahu will hoist the flag. Chief Guest Mr. Sahu will read the message to the Chief Minister’s public.
It is known that the guidelines issued by the state government will be followed in view of the Korana virus (Kovid-19) infection. Keeping the Kovid-19 in view, the march past, parade and parade will not be inspected but the Chief Guest will be given a salute by the District Police Force, City Fighter (Guard of Honor).
