Republic Day will be celebrated every year
Flagship plans will be seen in tableaux
Mahasamund 12 January 2021. Every year, Republic Day (26 January) will be celebrated every year in the district. In the meeting of the time-limit held here today, under the chairmanship of Collector Mr. Doman Singh, he entrusted the duties of the officers of various departments as before. The Collector said that as before, on Republic Day, tableaux of various departments will be displayed and cultural programs will also be performed by children. He said that the concerned departments should also focus on ambitious schemes of governance in tableaux. The district level program will be held at Mini Stadium Mahasamund. The Republic Day celebrations will start at 09:00 am. The chief guest will hoist the flag. Superintendent of Police Shri Prafulla Kumar Thakur said that officers-employees or others who are to be honored are to be rewarded, Line them up in advance and place them at the designated place. He said that all the officers must be present during the full-day rehearsal of Republic Day so that there is no problem during the program on 26 January. In the meeting, Forest Officer, Mr. Pankaj Rajput, Additional Collector Mr. Jogendra Kumar Nayak, Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) Mr. Sunil Kumar Chandravanshi, Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Nk Mandpay, deputy collector and district level officers of other departments were present.
He said that all the officers of the office should hoist the flag at 8:30 am in their respective offices. He said that preparations for invitation ceremony etc. should be prepared in advance. Along with this, they should take special care that the stage arrangement, sound extension instruments are of good quality. A citation will also be provided to government employees and officials who have done excellent work at the venue.
Collector Mr. Doman Singh also inquired about the departmental review to be taken by the in-charge minister on January 13. He talked about strengthening the information system by meeting all the SDMs of the Kotwalas, Patels, farmers in their area. He said that the district has seen a decline in the number of Tests of Kovid-19 since few days. He asked the SDM to make an action plan and talk to the BMO and get the corona test done as much as possible. The collector also inquired about the purchase of paddy, lease of forest, Godhan Nyaya Yojana, Public Service Guarantee Act etc. He said that surprise inspections should also be done on the inter-state check tanks of the district. The Collector in turn sought information from the concerned officials regarding disposal of pending cases.
