Raipur: Chief Minister gave a gift of Rs. 13.30 crore to the newly formed Gorela-Pendra-Marwahi district

Raipur, 6 January 2021. Chief Minister  Bhupesh Baghel today inaugurated and laid foundation stones for 39 development works costing Rs 8 crore 54 lakh during the foundation stone laying ceremony of the development works held at Gram Danikundi of Marwahi block during his stay in the newly formed Gorela-Pendra-Marwahi district of the state. Chief Minister  Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated 25 development works costing Rs 6 crore 26 lakh and performed 14 works costing Rs 2 crore 28 lakh. In the program, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel distributed checks worth Rs 3.5 lakh to 337 beneficiaries and a total of Rs 4 crore 61 lakh to 230 beneficiaries under the various welfare schemes of the government.

 

Chief Minister, Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, Swami Atmanand English Medium School, Bharapara Pendra to be built at a cost of Rs. 59 lakhs and Ravindranath to be built at Swami Atmanand English Medium School, Gorela at Tikarkala, Gorela at a cost of Rs. 45 lakhs. Performed Bhumi Pujan of Tagore garden. In the program, Mr. Baghel also performed Bhoomipujan for construction of cement concrete road in various villages and construction of culverts on access routes, including dispensary building at Village Parasi, homeo dispensary building at Marwahi.

 

The Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel laid the foundation stone for construction of government accommodation for government officials and employees, building a yard in schools, building platforms in paddy collection centers, cement concrete road access road at a cost of Rs 4 crore 68 lakh.
On this occasion Assembly Speaker Dr. Charandas Mahant, Revenue and District In-charge Minister Mr. Jaysingh Agarwal, MP Mrs. Jyotsna Mahant, Marwahi MLA Dr. KK Dhruv and other public representatives, Collector Ms. Namrata Gandhi, Superintendent of Police Mr. Suraj Singh Parihar and other officials. was present.
