On 11 November last month, “Phuljhar Kaleva” was inaugurated here. “Phuljhar Kaleva” is conducted by the women of the group daily from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm. Due to which they are earning quite a lot everyday, they are very happy with this earning. He told that earlier those people were unemployed, then they had to face a lot of economic conditions. Now the operation of “Phuljhar Kaleva” has strengthened their financial position and opened the way to success. He told that in “Phuljhar Kaleva”, the nearby government offices, these include the District Panchayat, MNREGA, Post Office, Block Education Officer Office, Apart from the officials and employees of the Agriculture Department, even remote villagers serve tea and snacks here for work. Due to which they are getting financial benefits. On joining the group, he was trained by district level officers and district officials. Apart from this, they were taught all these things to do transactions correctly, saving, repaying loans, opening accounts in the bank and meeting every week.
It was decided by the state government to start Chhattisgarhi food and dishes in all the district headquarters of Gadkaleva Chhattisgarh in the financial year 2020. Under this, local women self-help groups are being trained and the sites, sheds etc. for Gadhkaleva are being given for operation. Due to which the poor families of the group are getting employment for living and they are becoming self-sufficient.
He said that the trainings by the officers increased his confidence and got him an identity in the society and people came to know him by his name. Today his parents and his entire family are proud of him. Through the Bihan scheme, such women who want to fulfill their dreams got a new identity in employment and society. The concept of women empowerment in a society where women are free from all the shackles of family and society, are the makers of their decisions. She seems to be meaningful. She said that after joining the scheme and earning various types of dishes in “Phuljhar Kaleva”, she is also trying to make other women like her aware.
