One lakh rupees for four children to be fixed deposits in the bank
An amount of one lakh rupees will be given to families for raising children
Raipur, 25 December 2020. In the case of killing 4 members of the same family in village Khudmuda, Patan block of Durg district, Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel reached Khudmuda village and met the bereaved family and tied them up. The Chief Minister said that the state government will bear the expenses of the education of the remaining 4 children of the late Shri Balaram Sonkar’s family in the accident. An amount of one lakh rupees will be fixed in the bank for four children. One lakh rupees will be given to families for the upbringing of children.
The Chief Minister informed the Chief Minister about the incident in detail. The Chief Minister also took information from the officials regarding the investigation conducted so far in this case. Inspector General of Police Shri Vivekananda Sinha and Durg Superintendent of Police Shri Prashant Thakur informed him in detail about the progress of the investigation. Divisional Commissioner Shri TC Mahawar, CEO of Zilla Panchayat Durg, Mr. Sachchidanand Alok, Additional Collector Mr. Prakash Surve, ASP Mr. Rohit Jha and Ms. Pragya Meshram were present on the occasion. Chief Minister’s OSD Mr. Ashish Verma was also present on the occasion.
