 Bhageshwar to become self-reliant with the Self-Employment Loan Scheme, providing employment to four people  

 Bhageshwar is earning millions by opening auto parts and repair shop

Raipur, 27 November 2020. Disabled Self Employment Loan Scheme run by Disabled Finance Development Corporation under Social Welfare Department is proving to be helpful for PwDs. The social welfare department is working to provide self-employment and mainstreaming by providing loans to the differently abled people through the scheme. Taking advantage of the scheme, Mr. Bhageshwar Gajendra, a resident of Lakhagarh village of Pithora development block in Mahasamund district, has not only become a self-sufficient and successful entrepreneur but has also provided employment to four others. They are taking full responsibility of their joint family.
 Bhaganeshwar’s father, Shravanbadhit, died in the year 2009. At that time  Bhageshwar was only 20 years old. Suddenly his father got up from his head and a mountain broke on him. Being grown up in the house, his two sisters, A brother’s responsibility fell on his shoulder. This caused them considerable financial problems. Due to which he could not study further, but he used to be very worried about his future and family. He always thought of moving forward. One day, he got the idea that he should start his work and become self-sufficient. He came to know that under the Social Welfare Department, the Finance Finance Development Corporation provides loans to the disabled for self-employment. He then reached the Social Welfare Department and inquired about the scheme. According to the officials, he applied for self-employment. The department sanctioned a loan of Rs two lakh 69 thousand 820 for setting up auto parts unit for them at the rate of 6 percent per annum. After this, he set up an auto parts shop in Pithora with an approved loan.
 Bhageshwar Gajendra, doing business with diligence and hard work, repaid the entire loan in a few years through monthly installment. Due to which the department selected his name to give benefit of uplift subsidy and was given 25 percent discount in his interest amount. He is currently operating his auto parts shop in Pithora. Where cars, motor cycle repairing and auto parts are sold. At present,  Bhageshwar Gajendra is a self-reliant and successful entrepreneur. He has also provided employment to four other employees in his shop. He is getting income of about 3 lakh rupees per year from the business. Now they are fully financially capable and are living respectfully by joining the mainstream of society.  Bhageshwar Gajendra is known as an inspiration to other Divyangs.
