Raipur 16 November 2020. In Chhattisgarh, empowerment of Gothan is necessary to promote the development of self-reliant villages. With the formation of Gothan, arrangements have been made to collect livestock. People have started saving more livestock through the Godhan Nyaya Yojana. This is also protecting the crop. Some farmers say that they took their crop long time ago. The Gothan and Godhan Nyay Yojana has provided for the protection of crops from cattle. This time they have re-planted their own crop. This scheme is a great scheme for the betterment of farming and animal husbandry. Also, organic farming will also be encouraged. Food and Culture Minister Shri Amarjeet Bhagat has appealed to the farmers not to burn crop residues in the fields and to donate paras to Gothan. In the same sequence, Mr. Rajdev Singh, a farmer of village Sukhri of Ambikapur district Panchayat, has donated the remaining para after paddy missi. This para was well used as cattle feed in Gothan Will go. Similarly, along with Sohga, Karji, Sakalo, other farmers of the district are also taking active participation in Paradan.
