Narayanpur 26 October 2020. The state government is providing the benefit of relief and rehabilitation scheme for the purpose of connecting Naxal-affected persons / families and self-dedicated Naxalites / Sangham members with the mainstream of society under Narayanpur district. In this series, a committee constituted under the chairmanship of Collector Shri Abhijeet Singh has approved to provide financial assistance of Rs 18 lakh 10 thousand to these Naxal-affected persons / families and self-dedicated Naxalites / Sangham members as per the provisions of the State Government. Collector Shri Abhijeet Singh is also trying to give full benefit of the public welfare schemes of his government by sensitizing these families.
Collector Mr. Abhijeet Singh has released assistance amount to 3 families considering the cases received from Police Department. In the cases received, the economic condition has become weak due to the lives of 3 victims families leaving their houses, household items etc. due to the Naxals fleeing the village on the basis of suspicion of police mukhabiri by the Naxals. Among these 3 families, Mrs. Pusebai, husband Shri Sri Lachhuram, resident of village Bardapenda in Narayanpur district Approval has been given to provide financial assistance of Rs. 30 thousand each to Shri Navaru Gota, father Shri Sri Bijja and Shri Maluram Nuretti father, Shri Pandruram. Similarly surrendered Naxalite members who surrendered without arms. In these surrendered Naxalites, Mr. Jairam Markam’s father Mr. Adamo Markam of village Hikul of Orchha development block and Mr. Baldev alias Mr. Akhilesh Hurra father, Self Maniram, resident of Adanar, have been granted Rs. 10 thousand each.
Similarly, financial assistance of Rs. 1 lakh has been given to Smt. Mamta Shorey husband Shri Nandlal Shorey due to injuries sustained by Naxalites in Chhotedongar of Narayanpur district. At the same time, various vehicles of ordinary citizens were installed in various construction works, The vehicle was set on fire by armed Naxalites of unknown CPI Maoist organization. Among the damaged vehicle owners, Savashree Vijay Mandavi’s father Mr. Phool Singh and Ishaq Qureshi’s father Swaya AG Qureshi have been approved to provide Rs 2 lakh each in lieu of the tractor. Birendra Joshi father Shri Chhabileshwar and Asim Mandal father Self Shri Akshay Mandal and Mohammad Nasir Qureshi father Abdul Ghani Qureshi have given approval to provide Rs. 3 lakh each to JCB Vahan. Similarly and due to the damage of the water tanker of Shrimati Bhagyalakshmi / Ravindra Babu Radhakrishna by Naxalites, they have also given financial assistance of Rs. 3 lakh.
