Using Revenue Book Circular Section 6-4, Chauhan has sanctioned a sum of Rs four lakh each for the dependents of the deceased in case of snake bite and death by drowning in the drain. Four lakh rupees for his nearest heir Surjo in the case of death of 25-year-old Suresh Kumar Netam, resident of village Chanar of Narharpur tehsil, his parents in the case of 13-year-old Akash Sahu of village Junwani died of snake bite Four lakh rupees have been sanctioned for Ramchandra and Mrs. Seema Sahu and Rs 4 lakh has been sanctioned for his wife Lalitha in the case of 40-year-old Vikram Komra, resident of village Rampur, drowning in the drain.
Similarly, in the case of 46-year-old Pierbai, a resident of village Koretha of Kanker tehsil, died of snake bite, Rs 4 lakh has been approved for his nearest dependent Asharam Mandavi. The sanctioned assistance amount will be paid through the Tehsildar of the concerned area.
