The Department of Horticulture has achieved the target of component pack house 85 units of National Agricultural Development Speed Plan for the year 2020-21 for grading, packing and harvesting and storage of fruits, flowers and vegetables and spices for horticulture farmers. Assistant Director of Horticulture Department told that development block-wise will be provided to the farmers. Of these, 56% has been fixed for general category, 32 for scheduled tribe and 12 for scheduled caste for construction of pack house. To take advantage of the pack house, farmers have been cultivating horticulture for the last 3 years, only such farmers will be eligible for it and farmers will have to construct the pack house in their own area. The beneficiary will be able to use it himself. Will not be able to transfer to anyone. Farmers desirous of taking advantage of this scheme can get their land related documents B-1, measles, map, Aadhaar card, You can submit a copy of the contract in photo and bank account and stamp paper by contacting the horticulture officers posted in your development block. For the implementation of this scheme, farmers will be selected on a first-come-first-served basis.
He informed that farmers who wish to take advantage of the scheme will submit cases with the development in-charge so that the case can be issued by issuing the said case by the district office. Pack house construction work will have to be completed within one month of acceptance order. Orders issued otherwise would be deemed to be self-canceled. Pack house construction work will have to be done on the basis of expenditure estimates and drawing design approved by Director Horticulture and Field Forestry, Chhattisgarh Raipur. The pack house will be a hall of 9 c 6 m, rooms should not be built inside the hall, otherwise the grant will not be paid. A bill of 100 percent of the pack house construction work will have to be submitted to the office for grant payment. In which 50 percent of the four lakh rupees per unit amount (2. 00 lakh rupees) grant will be payable. In which three lakhs will be spent on construction and one lakh rupees on materials. After evaluating the construction work by the Deputy Engineer, the expenditure book will have to be completed and submitted to the district office. DBT will be paid only after physical verification of the committee constituted by the Directorate.
