Raipur 19 October 2020. The state government has issued administrative approval of Rs 24 crore 34 lakh 17 thousand for construction and renovation work of irrigation projects in various districts of Chhattisgarh. After completion of construction and renovation of these projects, irrigation facility will be available in 2221 hectare area.
According to the order issued by the Ministry of Water Resources Department, Mahanadi Bhawan, administrative approval of Rs. 2 crore 21 lakh 21 thousand has been given for renovation of Auri reservoir in Durg district and renovation of canal system and lining work. With the completion of the work, irrigation facility will be provided in an area of 155 hectares. Administrative sanction of Rs one crore 87 lakh 41 thousand has been given for the renovation and canal lining work of Bhendasar Nala reservoir of Durg Block. The completion of the work will provide irrigation facility in an area of 260 hectares. Risama LP of the development block fort Administrative sanction of Rs one crore one lakh 16 thousand has been given for reservoir renovation and lining work. With the completion of the scheme, irrigation facility will be available in an area of 55 hectares. For the renovation and canal lining work of Bhendarwani reservoir of the fort, an administrative sanction of Rs. Two crore 55 lakh 86 thousand has been granted. The completion of the scheme will provide irrigation facility in 324 hectare area.
An administrative sanction of Rs. 2 crore 37 lakh 43 thousand has been given for the renovation of West Wear and Shootfall of Jhadmokhali reservoir of development block Patan and for remodeling and lining work of canal. With the completion of the scheme, 124 hectare area will get irrigation facility. Administrative approval of one crore two lakh 69 thousand rupees has been given for the construction work of Kasahi stopdem of Patan. With the completion of the scheme, irrigation facility will be available in 20 hectare area. Administrative approval of Rs. 2 crore 41 lakh 74 thousand has been granted for the lining work of Kikirmeta Minor Canal of Sipkona Distributor of Patan. On completion of the scheme, irrigation facility will be available in 585 hectare area. One crore 20 lakh and five thousand rupees have been sanctioned for the construction work of stopdem near village Matia on the Gujra Nala of Patan. After completion of the scheme, irrigation facility is available in 15 hectare area. Will be able to An administrative sanction of Rs 92 lakh 95 thousand has been granted for the construction work of Mokhali Stopdam of Patan. With the completion of the scheme, irrigation facility will be available in 15 hectare area. An administrative sanction of Rs one crore 49 lakh 84 thousand has been granted for the construction of Khorapa-Khamharia Stopdem cum Rapta on the Gujara Nala of Patan. With the completion of the scheme, irrigation facility will be available in 50 hectare area. One crore eight lakh 78 thousand rupees has been given for the renovation of the top work of Patia’s Matia Diversion Scheme and for canal lining work. With the completion of the scheme, irrigation facility will be provided in an area of 222 hectares. Administrative approval of Rs one crore 79 lakh 81 thousand has been granted for renovation and lining work of canal system and renovation of top work of Ameri reservoir scheme of Patan. Irrigation in 16 hectare area after completion of the scheme Will be able to get facility. Administrative approval of Rs one crore 22 lakh one thousand has been granted for the top work of Matang reservoir of Patan and renovation of canals and canal lining work. With the completion of the scheme, irrigation facility will be available in 184 hectare area. Administrative approval of Rs one crore 77 lakh 93 thousand has been given for Karanja Bhilai reservoir improvement work and canal lining work of Durg Block. With the completion of the scheme, 194 hectare area will get irrigation facility. An administrative sanction of Rs one crore 35 lakh 30 thousand has been granted for the right bank canal work of Sutiyaghat reservoir of Sahaspur Lohara, development block of Kabirdham district. Administrative approval of Rs one crore 77 lakh 93 thousand has been given for Karanja Bhilai reservoir improvement work and canal lining work of Durg Block. With the completion of the scheme, 194 hectare area will get irrigation facility.
