Chief Secretary  R. P. Mandal today prepared the preparation and tilling of paddy purchase through video conferencing in Chips office, review of farmer registration and Girdawari, construction of vermi tanks, filling of vermi tanks, use of CIT and D composers, worms in vermi tanks Detailed review of availability and use of, testing of vermicompost through packs, packing and sale, excellent English medium school, return of tribal cases and prevention of infection of Kovid-19 etc. gave directions to the authorities. Divisional Commissioner, Inspector General of Police, Collectors, Superintendent of Police, Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat and Forest Divisional Officer participated in the video conferencing.
The Chief Secretary said that as per the intention of the Chief Minister, immediate action should be taken to immediately return pending cases of tribals and compensation to the victim family and rape victims under the Scheduled Castes and Tribes Prevention Act. Its progress should be reviewed in 7 days by Additional Chief Secretary Home, Director General of Police and Director Public Prosecution. Similarly, all the Superintendents of Police should give a clear opinion regarding the withdrawal of cases. He said that Kovid guide line should be followed for prevention of Kovid-19 infection. He said that in view of the upcoming festivals in the coming month, efforts should be made to bring awareness among people on such things as wearing masks, keeping two yards and washing hands in ration shops, petrol pumps, excise liquor shops. These should be strictly followed in public places.
The Chief Secretary while reviewing the Suraji Village Scheme and the Godhan Nyaya Yojana said that the Vermi Compost Tank is not built in sufficient quantity, it should be prepared immediately. To prepare vermicompost, dung filler should be ensured in continuous tanks. Testing of prepared vermicompost must be done. Detailed guidelines have been issued by the department regarding the packaging of vermi compost. Purchase of vermicompost prepared in Gothan can be ensured through packs.
The Chief Secretary said that the work of paddy procurement is a top priority of the Chief Minister, for this, real and correct Girdawari should be done so that the paddy of registered farmers can be purchased. He said that farmers should be registered within the time limit for purchasing paddy. Before purchasing paddy, 100 percent chabutra should be prepared. Paddy is not to be taken from the procurement center to the collection center, so that transportation expenses and time can be saved. There should be no shortage of gunny bags for paddy purchase. He said that the work of Girdawari should be completed before the purchase of paddy. For custom milling, milling of remaining paddy should be completed by November 15.

The Chief Secretary said that there are more than 4.25 lakh beneficiaries of FRA, they should be given 100 days of normal and 50 days of government of India according to FRA, thus 200 days of human work. Besides, efforts should be made to increase their income by planting fruit trees of local species and inter-cropping by planting Tikhur turmeric, ginger jimikand. Sheds for poultry farming should be prepared in 10-10 villages of the district from Manerga under the Chief Minister’s Nutrition Campaign. He said that 51 excellent English medium schools are selected under Swami Atmanand English Medium School Scheme, its approval and set-up has also been issued. The merger of education personnel whose service period of 02 years has been completed, should be done on November 1.
