Raipur, 16 October 2020. Prayas will be conducted in the residential boys and girls schools in the academic session 2020-21 for admission in class 9th, on November 5, from 10.30 am to 1 pm on Thursday. Director Primitive Caste and Scheduled Caste Development has issued guidelines to all district collectors regarding the examination to be conducted keeping in mind the prevention of infection of Novel Corona Virus Kovid-19.
It has been said in the guidelines issued to the collectors that examination centers have been set up in all the respective districts for the examination. In this regard, it has been directed that if in any district, the examination center falls in the Content Area Zone, then in such a situation, an alternative examination center should be established for the candidates. The students should be notified before the time that there is no inconvenience to the students.
Examination room should be arranged as per the need based on the applications received by the candidates. There should be a distance of six feet in physical distancing between two students. Cleanliness of examination rooms and toilets etc. should be ensured at the examination centers. All observers, head of state, inspectors and examiners should enter the examination center only after applying mask. The examination center should be sanitized before the examination. For this work, cooperation of local Municipal Corporation, Municipality, Nagar Panchayat or Panchayat should be taken. Arrangements should be made to sanitize the hands of the examinees, supervisors and other employees before entering the examination hall’s rooms. In case of poor health of any student, their meeting should be arranged separately. Arrangement of doctor and medical facility should be made during the examination.
