One-to-one information received from officials regarding disposal of deadline cases
Mungeli 28 September 2020.Keeping in view the infection and prevention of Corona Covid-19, Collector P.S. Elma took a meeting of the weekly deadline in the Maniyari Sabha Room Two shifts at the District Collectorate today. Agriculture, Education, Women and Child Development, Tribal Development Department, RES, Public Works Department, Electricity and Public Health Engineering and Revenue, Food, Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, District Marketing, Markfed and Urban at the first shift meeting Officers of Supply Corporation and Health Department were present. On this occasion, he obtained one-to-one information from the officers regarding the time limit cases and gave instructions to resolve the deadline cases. In the meeting, he will use the Public Distribution System (PDS) gunny bags to procure paddy at the support price in the Kharif marketing year 2020-21. For this, he obtained information about the system of storage, transportation and storage of gunny bags. He directed to suspend fair price shops not providing gunny bags as per allocation. On this occasion, he got information about registration of new farmers selling paddy on support price and in every situation he gave instructions to register new farmers who are selling paddy and to organize paddy procurement centers. Similarly, he also received information about publication of village-wise crop area coverage report regarding arrest. At the meeting, Collector Mr. Elma got information regarding the distribution of compensation for the loss due to excess rainfall last month. In the meeting, he said that the state government has approved the creation of 152 new quarters as staff quarters for the officers and employees of the health department in the district. In this regard, he has instructed the Chief Medical and Health Officer to initiate necessary action. On this occasion, he filed pending cases of High Court, establishment of Multiformity Center operated in Village Bandhwa of Lormi Development Block and Power Transformer for Eklavya Adarsh Residential School, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Kisan Samman Nidhi, Forest Rights Welfare, Godhan Nyaya Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Adarsh Gram Yojana, Aadhaar registration of ration card holders and land acquisition, reviewed the progress of various schemes in detail and concerned officials gave necessary and strict instructions. On this occasion, Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Panchayat, Mrs. Nupur Rashi Panna, Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue of all sections and District level officers of various departments were present.
