Milk related production such as cheese, curd, ghee, khova, etc. can be processed and sold in the milk parlor. It has been told that if milk processing cannot be done within the prescribed time, then milk processing can be done inside the parlor by closing the milk parlor, but the sale of milk products will be done within the stipulated time, closing the shutter in the remaining time. Processing can be done.
Sweet shop operators have also been allowed to make milk only by making milk. While making khova, the sweet shop will remain closed, there will be a ban on the sale of any kind of produce in the sweet shop. This exemption is provided only for the processing of milk in khova, so that the milk producers can process the milk and prevent the milk from being destroyed. It has also been clarified that both the buying and selling and processing of milk products can be done in milk parlors, but only sweet shops are allowed to make khova. There will be a complete ban on the sale of any products in sweets shops. All milk producers / sweets shop operators have been directed to follow the guidelines issued by the government to prevent infection of Kovid 19. They will also follow the use of masks and social / physical distancing and will use sanitize in the shop everyday.
