Raipur. September 17, 2020 In the name of Naxalite encounter on the border of Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh, the case of the death of tribal is getting heated. In the latest development, the Balaghat police have started an investigation against unknown accused in the case by registering a case under section 302. At the same time, the Collector of Balaghat has ordered a magisterial inquiry.

The Chhattisgarh government has shown seriousness in firing the tribal Jhamasing Dhurve of Kawardha district in the name of Naxalite encounter with gunfire. Local MLA and Forest Minister Mohammad Akbar has written a letter to Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan and demanded a high-level inquiry. At the same time, Governor Anusuiya Uike has also discussed with the Governor of Madhya Pradesh.

The Balaghat Police, which came under attack in the case, has registered a case under Section 302 against the unidentified accused in the death of tribal Jham Singh. Giving information about this, Balaghat Superintendent of Police Abhishek Tiwari said that a tribal has died during an encounter between the Naxalites and the police. In this, the police has registered a case under Section 302 against unknown accused and started investigation.

Apart from this, the Human Rights Commission has also taken cognizance in this matter. The chairman of the commission, Justice Narendra Kumar Jain, has issued a notice to the DGP, IG Jabalpur and Balaghat SP of Madhya Pradesh and sought a detailed report in this matter within three weeks. In the midst of the political color that is going on here, the Madhya Pradesh government has provided a check of one lakh rupees to the families of the deceased on the immediate wire.
