The hospital superintendent said that the application was made on September 9 through Mandir Hasaud police station in-charge for not conducting the post-mortem. It was written that due to being a corona positive case there is no need to do post mortem of the dead body. Whereas post-mortem will be mandatory in case of Kovid positive patients dying in medico-legal case or suspicious circumstances as per the guidelines issued by the government.
