Railways has given a big gift to the passengers going home on Holi. A total of 10 Holi special trains will be operated from South East Central Railway Zone which will run through various places of the state.

Keeping in mind the convenience of passengers on the occasion of Holi festival, South East Central Railway has announced the operation of 5 pairs of Holi special trains. These trains will run between Gondia to Chhapra and Patna, Durg to Nizamuddin and Madar Junction (Ajmer). (Holi Special Train)
- Train No. 08863/08864 – Gondia-Chhapra-Gondia (12 & 13 March 2025)
- Train No. 08895/08896 – Gondia-Chhapra-Gondia (11 and 12 March 2025)
- Train No. 08897/08898 – Gondia-Patna-Gondia (11, 12, 13, and 14 March 2025)
Special train from Durg to Delhi (Nizamuddin)
- Train No. 08760/08761 – Durg-Nizamuddin-Durg (9, 10, 12, and 13 March 2025)
Special train from Durg to Ajmer
Train No. 08765/08766 – Durg-Madar Junction (Ajmer)-Durg (9 and 10 March 2025)
These trains will pass through these stations
- Trains going from Gondia to Chhapra/Patna will go via Rajnandgaon, Durg, Raipur, Bilaspur, Katni, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Ghazipur and Ballia.
- Durg-Nizamuddin special will reach Nizamuddin via Raipur, Bilaspur, Katni, Sagar, Jhansi, Agra and Mathura.
- Durg-Ajmer special will reach Madar Junction via Sawai Madhopur, Jaipur, Kishangarh.
