Narayanpur . The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a chargesheet against three CPI (Maoist) operatives in the Chhattisgarh BJP leader Ratan Dubey murder case. The accused include Sainuram Koram, Laluram Koram and an armed member. Ratan Dubey was murdered with a hand axe in a crowded weekly market in Kaushalnar village on 4 November 2023. The murder was carried out by members of the banned terrorist organization CPI (Maoist) with the aim of interfering in the election process and spreading terror among the local people. The NIA investigation revealed that members of the Bayenar and Barsoor area committees of East Bastar division were involved in the murder.
Let us tell you that the NIA had registered this case on 23 February 2024 and took over the investigation from the local police. On June 5, the NIA filed a chargesheet against an accused Dhan Singh Koram. Further investigation of the case is going on.
