In the 24th Rajyotsav organized at Pandit Shyamaprasad Mukherjee Commercial Complex in Atal Nagar Nava Raipur, the stall of Tribal and Scheduled Caste Development Department has been a special center of attraction for the people. With the commencement of Rajyotsav, a huge crowd of people was seen at the stall of Tribal Development Department. On the second day, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai also visited the departmental stall and praised it. During this, he also got a photo clicked with his family in the selfie zone created in the stall. Principal Secretary Shri Sonamni Bora greeted him and told him in detail about the theme of the exhibition.

It is noteworthy that as per the instructions of the departmental minister Shri Ramvichar Netam, this time the tableau was made on the theme of “Description of Tribal Pride, Bravery and Culture”. Principal Secretary Shri Sonamni Bora and Secretary cum Commissioner Shri Narendra Kumar Dugga are personally monitoring the entire stall. Due to the beauty of the stall, the live display of tribal bravery and tribal culture, a large number of people were visiting it every day.

The stall shows a glimpse of the tribal rebellions that took place in Chhattisgarh during the independence period, which depicts tribal bravery. Along with this, the rich tribal culture was also displayed through tableau. Apart from this, the traditional ornaments of the tribes and departmental schemes were also displayed through flex. Along with this, the research publications done in the tribal area by the Tribal Research and Training Institute were also displayed for viewing. To give information to the general public about the departmental activities being run by the Tribal and Scheduled Caste Development Department, brochures of departmental schemes were also made available from the stall. Tribal Pride Day and Dharti Aaba Tribal Village Utkarsh Abhiyan have been displayed through selfie zone at the stall. People coming to the stall are getting information about the said campaign from the information written under the said selfie zone, on the other hand, they are making this moment memorable by going to the selfie zone and getting photographs clicked.
