Raipur. On the occasion of Chhattisgarh State Foundation Day, a grand three-day Rajyotsav is being organized in Nava Raipur from 4 November to 6 November. The chief guest of the program, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav started the program by lighting the lamp in the presence of the special guests of the program, Chhattisgarh Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh and Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai.
