Raipur: Gangesh Dwivedi, the new state president of Chhattisgarh unit of Bharti Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh, while announcing his new executive, gave an emotional and inspiring speech, which touched the hearts of the journalists present there. He said, “First of all, I want to thank all the senior officials and colleagues of the Sangh, who entrusted this big responsibility by showing faith in me, it is my good fortune that I have got the opportunity to carry forward the legacy of Nitin Bhai. His simple life and high thinking are a source of inspiration for all of us. Today, when I stand on this stage, his memories and his ideals are deeply embedded in my mind.”

Dwivedi further said,
“This is not just my organization, it is the organization of all of us. Every member of the Sangh is my strength, and I am the servant of all of you. Our responsibility is not limited to this organisation, but we will become the voice of every journalist of Chhattisgarh. We will face every challenge unitedly, whether it is an attack on the freedom of the press, or a fight for the rights of journalists.”

Introducing the new members, he said, “The new executive committee that I am announcing today will be formed with your support, and it will become your voice. Together we will strengthen the association and get every journalist the respect he deserves. No journalist is alone, the association will stand with him at every step.”

Mentioning late Nitin Choubey ji, Dwivedi said,
“This organisation is a symbol of Nitin Bhai’s dreams. Together we will make his unfulfilled dreams come true. He will always be the inspiration of this association, and it is our duty to follow the path shown by him. Keeping his ideals and principles alive will be a true tribute to him.”

The new executive is completely balanced. It includes senior journalists of print, electronic and social media.
