We have received this honour today after a long struggle. Our sensitive Chief Minister understood our pain and has worked to provide great relief. The dependents of the deceased Teachers’ Panchayat Cadre Sangh met Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai today at his residence office in Raipur and expressed their gratitude to him. They greeted the Chief Minister by garlanding him. Chief Minister Shri Sai also congratulated all the sisters and said that our government always stands with you and no injustice will be done to anyone.
It is noteworthy that in the cabinet meeting held on October 16 under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, a decision was taken for compassionate appointment of the family members of the deceased Teachers Panchayat Cadre Union. The dependents of the deceased Teachers Panchayat Cadre Union were agitating for compassionate appointment.
The members of the association said that the family members of the deceased teachers had continuously agitated for more than 300 days during the tenure of the previous government, in which they had put their demands before the government by demonstrating in different ways. The pleasant result of their long struggle has now come to the fore. The government of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai has taken a big decision in the interest of the family members of the deceased teacher panchayat and has opened the way for giving them compassionate appointment.
On this occasion, Shri Sanjay Shrivastava, Shri Gauri Shankar Shrivas, officials of the Late Teacher Panchayat Welfare Association were present.
