, Raipur. KK Srivastava, who was close to former CM Bhupesh Baghel during the Congress government, has been declared a fugitive by the police. KK Srivastava is accused of cheating of 15 crores and he is continuously absconding. Telibandha police station is continuously searching for him, but has not got success. Let us tell you that KK Srivastava is accused of taking about fifteen crore rupees from Ashok Rawat, owner of Delhi businessman Rawat Associates, in the name of getting a contract for Smart City and other works in the Congress government and promised to return the money by 17 September 2023 if the contract was not received. After this, when the money was not received by the stipulated date, Ashok Rawat threatened to complain to the police station, then he returned Rs 3 crore 40 lakh from Kanchan Srivastava’s account to various accounts and gave three cheques of three crore rupees each. Later all three cheques bounced.

According to the investigation, the matter is not limited to only fifteen crores, but transactions of more than 300 crores have taken place in the accounts of KK Srivastava. Which has been transferred to fake companies. The surprising thing is that these accounts are in the name of residents of EWS houses. The police has handed over its investigation to the Income Tax Department. It is being told that ED can also start investigating this matter soon.

Srivastava arrested will be given a cash amount of ten thousand.
