During this, a case was heard in which members of Ganesh Samiti in Rajendra Nagar area of Raipur beat up the applicant’s family. According to the application filed by the applicant, all the non-applicants are members of Ganesh Samiti. Ganesh is installed every year in Indra Atma Nagar Purana Rajendra Nagar police station of Telibandha. And all the non-applicants are members of Ganesh Samiti of the same place, who demanded 10 thousand rupees from the applicant in the name of Ganesh donation and on not getting Ganesh donation, the non-applicants beat up the applicant’s son and husband. The non-applicant present in the hearing today also accused the applicant that the applicant’s son had scuffled with him, due to which he had scratches on his neck with nails. In this case, the applicant also named the constable of Rajendra Nagar police station, after which the Commission has sought a detailed report from Rajendra Nagar police station in-charge within 1 month so that the case can be resolved.

In another case, the applicant had complained about her husband’s relationship with another woman. The applicant said that her husband has an illicit relationship with another woman, which is illegal. The other woman accepted this before the commission. She was sent to Nari Niketan for two months, advising her not to have any kind of relationship with the applicant’s husband. The applicant and her sons were told that if their father is seen with another woman, they should take a photo and submit it to the counselor in the commission so that strict action can be taken against the other woman. Also, the non-applicant was asked to give maintenance of Rs 8,000 per month to both his children and the case has been kept under observation for 1 year.
Hearing on fraud case by proposing marriage
In another case, the applicant had complained against the non-applicant of cheating and physical, financial exploitation and harassment by proposing marriage and the non-applicant had also taken about three and a half lakh rupees from the applicant. The non-applicant is married and is trying to portray himself as innocent. The Commission advised both the parties that both of them will give their call details from the year 2019 till now, which should contain details of when the conversation took place from each other’s mobile number. If there has been a transaction, then bring its details from the bank as well. If any party does not follow the order, it will be considered that he is hiding facts from the Commission and action can be taken against him.
