Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai while addressing Yuva Utsav 3.0 organized by Confederation of Indian Industry at Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium in the capital Raipur today said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has given the slogan of self-reliant India and he always says that the youth should become job givers and not job seekers. Certainly, the biggest responsibility of making a developed India lies on the youth and the role of youth power of Chhattisgarh is important in achieving this goal.

           Chief Minister Shri Sai said that it is a matter of happiness that you have made the concept of developed India of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi the theme of your event. During Yuva Utsav, there will be panel discussions on different topics, in which there will be discussion on opportunities in entrepreneurship for the youth. Through this initiative of CII and Young Indians, the present and future generation is being inspired to become successful entrepreneurs. He said that the industry is emphasizing on skill development and education according to the new age technology and employment needs. In this series, we are now teaching technical subjects like robotics and artificial intelligence to the youth of the tribal-dominated area of ​​the state. By including skill development courses in the schools of the state, children are becoming skilled along with studies.
          Shri Sai said that people from the industry are sitting with us. You all know that there is a huge demand for trained skilled engineers in the state. To fulfill this demand, we are going to start new technology institutes in Chhattisgarh. In this budget, we have decided to start five CITs on the lines of IIT. He said that our government is creating employment opportunities for the youth on a large scale. Soon medical staff will be appointed on 650 posts in the Health Department. A week ago, we have approved recruitment for various posts in the police. On the lines of Nalanda, we are building hi-tech libraries in all urban bodies. We are developing Nava Raipur as an IT hub.
       Chief Minister Shri Sai said that we have implemented Single Window System 2.0 and are also bringing a new industry policy. We will promote young entrepreneurs through Chhattisgarh Udyam Kranti Yojana. For this, the youth of the state will be provided interest-free loan with 50 percent subsidy. He said that since our state is basically agriculture based, there is great possibility of development in the food processing industry sector. Chhattisgarh will become a global center of food processing. Air cargo facility will also be provided so that these products can be connected to the global market.
         The Chief Minister said that we are expanding the economy by including Surguja and Bastar in the mainstream of development. There are great possibilities for you people in both these divisions. Big work can be done in both the places regarding organic products and minor forest produce. He said that we are working in the state to build a developed Chhattisgarh in accordance with the concept of developed India. We have prepared our budget keeping in view the goals of developed Chhattisgarh for the year 2047. Mr. Sai said that I hope that the youth of the country including our Chhattisgarh state will not lag behind in contributing to the strength of the nation.
       On this occasion, Mr. Sanjay Jain, Mrs. Anuja Bhandari, Mr. Gaurav Agarwal, Mrs. Shweta and officials of CII Chhattisgarh were present.
