The State Labor Department is organizing a state-level workers’ conference on the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti on Tuesday, 17 September 2024 under the chief hospitality of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai and under the chairmanship of Labor Minister Shri Lakhan Lal Devangan. This conference will be held at Balbir Singh Juneja Indoor Stadium, Raipur, located at Budhapara in the capital.
In this programme, eligible beneficiaries are to be benefited with assistance amount as per the provisions of the scheme from among the online applications received under 30 public welfare schemes being run for registered construction workers and their family members under Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. Along with this, the efforts and successes of the department in the interest of workers under the programme will be showcased through various activities. Giving information in this regard, Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board Secretary, Smt. Savita Mishra has appealed to the workers of the state to join in maximum numbers and make this programme a success.
