BJP’s membership campaign is going to start in Chhattisgarh. Therefore, BJP leaders will now change their DP as well. On Thursday, BJP’s state president Kiran Singh Dev gave some important information about the campaign at the BJP’s state office. Organization leaders from across the state were called for a meeting.
Everyone has been told that first of all PM Narendra Modi will take fresh membership of BJP on 2nd September. After this, CM Sai will start the membership campaign in Chhattisgarh on 3rd September. This campaign will start simultaneously in the state from 4-5th September. This campaign will run in all the districts and divisions of Chhattisgarh.
Target to add 10 crore members
The BJP state president said that in the last membership campaign, we had achieved more than the target set by the party. In the last membership campaign, the target was set at 10 crore and we achieved the target of 11 crore. Then we again ran a membership campaign, in which 18 crore people became members of BJP. Now the first phase of the membership campaign is going to start, in which we have set a target of 10 crore and we will definitely achieve that target.
MLAs and MPs got the target
The MPs of Chhattisgarh have been given the target of making 20-20 thousand members, while the MLAs have been given the target of making 10-10 thousand members. The target of making 200 members has been given in all the booths.
The target is to make 200 members in each booth
BJP state president Kiran Singh Dev told the leaders in the party’s state office that 200 members have to be made in each booth of BJP. BJP has 23,681 booths in the state, so by achieving the membership target at each booth, we will make about 48 lakh members in the state. Dev said that today there is a double engine government in the state and due to the fulfillment of Modi’s guarantee, there is a favorable environment in the state, trust in BJP has increased.
Jamwal said if there are members then there is a government
Regional organization general secretary Ajay Jamwal said in the meeting that if there is a member of the party, then there is a party and there is a government. Therefore, becoming a member of BJP is a matter of great pride for us. For the expansion and strengthening of the cell, we will make as many members as possible and will keep a separate data of the membership of our cell. Later we will add it to the party’s data.
Another important meeting on 31 August
BJP State Organization General Secretary Pawan Sai said that today the membership of the Bharatiya Janata Party is 18 crore. Our thinking is for the welfare of the people and for the welfare of the people. We will take this matter forward with a view to membership.
After the state, district and division workshops, now there will be a workshop at the Shakti Kendra level on August 30. A division level meeting has been scheduled on the 31st. Our membership campaign will run from September 6 to September 17 and from October 1 to October 15. From September 6 to September 17, all leaders have to enroll members in their respective booths.
Will tell the achievements of central and state government
Union Minister of State Tokhan Sahu said that we should discuss the achievements of the Central Government and the State Government and tell everyone about them. Sahu told the leaders in the meeting that everyone should join us. BJP has received a wide support in the country and the state due to your hard work and sacrifice, the same hard work has to be done for the membership campaign.
