On this occasion, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai and his cabinet colleagues and guests will enjoy Hareli and offer prayers in a traditional manner.
On the occasion of Hareli Tihar, the Chief Minister will first worship the agricultural equipment as per rituals.
