According to the information compiled by the State Level Control Room set up by the Revenue and Disaster Management Department of the State Government, an average rainfall of 401.2 mm has been recorded in the state since June 1, 2024. According to the rainfall recorded in various districts of the state from June 1, 2024 till today morning 23 July, Bijapur district has recorded the highest average rainfall of 972.2 mm and Surguja district has recorded the lowest average rainfall of 150.7 mm.
According to the information received from the State Level Flood Control Room, from June 1 till now, an average rainfall of 224.0 mm was recorded in Surajpur district, 355.9 mm in Balrampur, 260.5 mm in Jashpur, 264.0 mm in Korea, 224.5 mm in Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur.
Similarly, average rainfall of 325.2 mm was recorded in Raipur district, 361.3 mm in Baloda Bazar, 483.7 mm in Gariaband, 275.7 mm in Mahasamund, 503.4 mm in Dhamtari, 375.4 mm in Bilaspur, 419.1 mm in Mungeli, 338.5 mm in Raigarh, 206.1 mm in Sarangarh-Bilaigarh, 340.1 mm in Janjgir-Champa, 286.7 mm in Sakti, 408.3 mm in Korba, 377.7 mm in Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi, 254.0 mm in Durg. From June 1 till now, an average rainfall of 344.3 mm has been recorded in Kabirdham district, 474.9 mm in Rajnandgaon, 490.3 mm in Mohla-Manpur-Ambagadhchowki, 314.1 mm in Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai, 594.0 mm in Balod, 254.2 mm in Bemetara, 538.1 mm in Bastar, 451.9 mm in Kondagaon, 562.1 mm in Kanker, 531.7 mm in Narayanpur, 528.3 mm in Dantewada and 747.6 mm in Sukma district.
