Raipur. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, Deputy CM Arun Saw, Vijay Sharma and Finance Minister OP Choudhary have returned from their Delhi tour. Today, while talking to journalists at Raipur Airport, CM Sai told about his Delhi visit. Apart from this, he countered the allegations of former CM Bhupesh Baghel after the martyrdom of soldiers in Bijapur.
Regarding the Delhi visit, CM Sai said that in the last 2 days he has met many ministers including Home Minister Amit Shah, National President and Health Minister JP Nadda, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Speaker Om Birla. The CM said that Chhattisgarh is going to get approval for four major railway projects. Work will be done to lay a railway line of about 800 to 900 kilometers in the state. Similarly, there are many old national highways passing through the state which are currently built in 2 lanes, they will be made in 4 lanes, the CM said that approval is also going to be received for flyovers.
The Chief Minister retorted to the statement of former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Naxalite incidents and said that nothing will be achieved by saying. He had earlier also talked about fake encounters. Whereas, the list was released by the Naxalites the other day. Such big people should not talk such nonsense, this lowers the morale of the soldiers. On the preparations of Congress to surround the assembly, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai said that this is the work of the opposition, they will definitely fulfill their duty.CM Sai paid tribute to the martyrs on the Naxalite incident in Bijapur and expressed his condolences to their families. He said that this is yesterday’s incident, yesterday two of our STF soldiers were martyred in the Naxalite encounter. In which constable Sater Singh of Narayanpur district and constable Bharat Lal Sahu of Raipur are martyred. I bow to the souls of both and pay my humble tribute to them. After talking to the journalists at the airport, CM Sai along with Deputy CM Arun Saw, Vijay Sharma left directly for Ramakrishna Hospital to meet the soldiers.
