Arang. The district administration is soon going to issue 2 new helpline numbers for the various problems of the people in the district. Raipur Collector Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh, who reached the district level public problem resolution camp organized in the Gram Panchayat Farfaud of Arang, has given this information. He told the general public who came to the camp that Jandarshan is held in Raipur Collectorate on all five days at the district level. There are many people who are unable to reach Raipur, for them such public problem resolution camps are being organized. For those who are unable to reach the camp, 2 helpline numbers will be issued soon.
Raipur Collector further informed that about 350 applications were received in this camp, out of which many applications were resolved immediately. Most of the applications came for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. All the applications are being taken seriously. People were motivated to plant trees through the platform and were told to plant trees and also inspire others through social media. Stalls of all the departments of the district were set up in this camp. People who came with their problems were applying by visiting the stall of the concerned department and were also getting information from the departmental officers.

In the coming time, public problem resolution camps will be organized in every Gram Panchayat.
Arang MLA Guru Khuswant Saheb informed Raipur Collector that due to cattle roaming in the open, farmers and common people are facing a lot of problems. He requested the collector to make proper arrangements for keeping stray cattle in Gram Panchayat, Municipal Body. Pastures should be made on government lands, where these cattle should be kept. The pace of Jal Jeevan Mission is slow, it should be completed soon. He also requested Raipur Collector to keep an eye on the PHE department. Keeping the environment in mind, he appealed to everyone to plant trees to make the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign being run across the country a success.
