CG News: After the FIR was registered in the assault on the Naib Tehsildar of Jhalpa, now a video has surfaced. In this video, the accused person is seen abusing the Naib Tehsildar by holding his collar. This video is becoming increasingly viral on social media. However, Naib Tehsildar Yuvraj Sahu claims that no case of the accused who assaulted him is pending in his court.
When asked that if the case is not pending then what was the dispute about? He told that the accused came to him and started saying that why did the Naib Tehsildar say 420 to him? In response to which he said that he did not say 420. The Naib Tehsildar claims that there is a CCTV camera installed in his court, which also has voice recording and there is also evidence of the beating that the accused did on his dice. After the incident, Patwari, RI, Naib Tehsildar and Tehsildar of all the districts of Raipur division have reached Patewa police station.
Police have registered a case against accused Kulpreet under sections 121(1), 132, 115(2), 296, 351 (2), 221 of the Indian Penal Code (BNS) 2023 and taken him on remand.
