Lormi. Three villages of Achanakmar Tiger Reserve area, namely Birarpani, Chirhatta and Tilaidbara villages are to be displaced from the forest soon. Deputy CM Arun Saw said that continuous efforts are being made to promote tourism.According to the information, people of 25 villages were residing in the dense forest area of ​​Achanakmar Tiger Reserve. Out of these, 6 villages have been displaced in 2009 as per the guidelines of NTCA. The departmental process of displacement of people of three villages has started rapidly. Regarding this, Deputy CM ArAlong with this, he has also talked about making continuous efforts to promote tourism in the Tiger Reserve. He said that continuous efforts are being made to promote tourism in ATR and expand its better facilities. A high-level meeting has also been held for this. Regarding the process of displacement, ATR DFO UR Ganesh told lalluram.com that approval has been received from the Government of India for the second phase of displacement. Under this, funds have been demanded for displacement. After receiving the funds, the work of displacement will be done rapidly.
