Raipur. Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh today inspected the works of MNREGA in village Adesena and Baraunda of Tilda development block. The collector talked to the workers engaged in the pond deepening work and inquired about their well-being and also discussed about the schemes run by the government. The collector directed to ensure the arrangement of shade, drinking water facility and availability of medical kit for the villagers engaged in the pond deepening work as well as to get wire fencing done on the pond banks and plant dense trees soon.

During the inspection of the Nagar Panchayat of Kharora, Collector Dr. Singh inspected the works in the Nagar Panchayat office. During the inspection, the area’s MLA Anuj Sharma met and discussed with Collector Dr. Singh about the implementation of the government schemes going on in the area. He talked about the development of Kharora area, construction of roads, systematic road planning, drainage, organizing the markets. During this, District Panchayat CEO Vishwadeep, Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) Prakash Tandon, Agriculture Deputy Director Rajendra Kumar Kashyap and local people were present.
