In which Deepak Soni was posted in place of Collector Kumar Lal Chauhan and Vijay Agarwal was given the charge of Superintendent of Police in place of Superintendent of Police Sadanand Kumar. After the appointment, both the officers reached Balodabazar today and took charge. During this, both of them took stock of the incident spot.
