Raipur: Tourists will get acquainted with tribal culture in Kurdar, Sarodha Dadar and Dhankul resorts of Chhattisgarh

Raipur, 17 August 2020. Resorts have been built by the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board under the Swadesh Darshan Scheme of the Government of India- “Tribal Tourism Circuit” in Kudar, Sarodha Dadar and Dhankul. The three resorts built with a cost of Rs 28.91 crore have been inaugurated by Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel through video conferencing from his Raipur residence office on August 14. Tourists will get an opportunity to get familiar with tribal culture.

Kurder Hill Eco Resort has been constructed with Rs. 4 crore 69 lakh 45 thousand. This Baiga Village is situated 52 km from Kudar Bilaspur and 12 km from Belgahana on the hill adjacent to Achanakmar Tiger Reserve. Kurdar has been developed as an eco destination. The scenic beauty and nature of Chhattisgarh, covered with dense forests, covered with greenery, Kudar Hill Eco Resort attracts tourists.
Baiga Ethnic Resort Sarodhadadar has been constructed at Rs. 13 crore 28 lakh 89 thousand. Exciting and amazing view of the earth and sky joining together can be seen in Sordha Dadar. It is situated on the Chilfi Valley. From the view point of the ethnic resort, the beauty of nature can be seen very closely during sunset and sunset. Huts, Cafeteria and Interpretation Center are built on the tribal theme at the hill resort Ethnic Resort. From here, tourists can enjoy the scenic beauty of Chhattisgarh, well covered with dense forests. For the first time in this ethnic resort, wooden cottages have been constructed for the accommodation of tourists on the lines of foreign countries. A grand Muktakash Manch has also been constructed in this resort.
Dhankul Ethnic Resort has been constructed from Rs 10 crore 92 lakh 72 thousand. This resort has been built for tourists in the beautiful plains of Kondagaon. The Dhankul Ethnic Resort is nothing less than a tribal village largely adorned with the traditional characteristics of the tribe community. With the arrival here, the grand entrance built in the replica of Jagdalpur Palace itself tells the story of its glorious past. The museum has been built in tribal style in this resort. Where various artifacts made from rare instruments, agricultural implements, iron crafts, wood crafts, dhokra crafts, terracotta and bamboo crafts used in daily life have been displayed as heritage in various periods of the tribal community.
