Raipur. Peaceful voting took place today on seven seats of Chhattisgarh in the third phase of Lok Sabha elections. Till 6 pm, 67.07 percent voting took place in Chhattisgarh. The figures will still increase. After the end of voting, polling parties have also started returning. A strong room has been made in the Engineering College of Sejbahar, where assembly wise EVMs and VVPAT machines are being kept.
District Election Officer and Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh and all the Assistant Returning Officers are also present in the Sejbahar College campus. The first group arrived in the form of Raipur rural booth number 305. The teams of polling station number 193 disabled booth have returned from the assembly. Polling officials thanked the administration for peaceful elections. Officials said, due to the successful collaborative efforts of everyone, the experience of conducting the voting was pleasant.
