A woman jumped from the fifth floor in Raipur. After this incident, the woman was taken to Mekahara Hospital, but by then the woman had died. In this case, the police have registered a case of harassment and abetment of suicide against the husband. The entire matter is of Tikrapara police station area.
According to the information received, this entire incident took place on 6th April. While working as a laborer in an under construction building near Chhattisgarh town of Tikrapara, Seema Nishad slapped her child twice over some issue. Her husband Mukesh Nishad felt bad about killing the child. He forbade Seema from raising her hand on the children.

This led to a fight between the husband and wife. Mukesh scolded his wife and said that he will leave her at her parents’ house. The wife could not bear this. He became afraid of social disgrace. After this argument, the wife climbed the fifth floor of the building in an angry state. Then jumped from there.

The woman suffered serious injuries on her head and other parts of her body and died on the spot. The woman was taken to Mekahara Hospital. Where doctors confirmed his death. After this, postmortem of the body was done and handed over to the family members.
Case against husband for abetting suicide
Police have registered a case against husband Mukesh Nishad, resident of Tilda-Nevra. The husband is accused of scolding the woman and asking her to leave him. Along with this, he was instigated to commit suicide. Tikrapara police is taking further action in this matter.
