Saunf Sharbat Recipe: In summer we do many things to keep our body cool. There remains a risk of the body getting dehydrated. Today we are going to tell you the method of making fennel syrup.
Fennel has a very cooling effect, due to which its juice is very helpful. Its taste is completely different. It is very easy to make. If you are thinking of trying something new, then try this drink. Everyone will definitely like this.
Ingredients (Saunf Sharbat Recipe)
- Fennel – 1/2 cup
- Sugar – as per taste
- Lemon juice – 2 tsp
- Black salt – 1 tsp
- Green food color – 1 pinch
- Ice cubes – 8-10
- Salt – as per taste
Method
1- First of all, take fennel and clean it and wash it thoroughly. After this, soak the fennel in water for 2 hours. After the stipulated time, take fennel and take it out of water and put it in the mixer.
2- Now add sugar, black salt and water and grind it. Similarly prepare smooth juice. Now filter the fennel syrup through a cloth and put the remaining fennel in the mixer once again and grind it.
3- After this, filter it again with a cloth. By adopting this process, most of the juice present in the fennel will come into the syrup. After this, add a pinch of green food color in the fennel syrup. These are optional, if you do not have green food color then you can make fennel syrup without it also.
4- After this, add 2 spoons of lemon juice in the sherbet and mix it well with a spoon. Now pour fennel syrup in a glass and add ice cubes to it and serve.
