Xiaomi launches electric car SU7: After a long wait, Xiaomi, which has made its name in the world of mobile handsets, has launched its first electric car Xiaomi SU7 on Saturday, March 29, 2024. This latest model is available in 3 variants and 9 shades. Along with this, if we talk about the design of this vehicle, Xiaomi SU7 has been given a sporty look.

The company has kept the starting price of this vehicle at 2,15,900 Yuan i.e. about 25.34 in Indian Rupees. Many advanced features have been given in this car and it is being said that this car can compete with Tesla.

Talking about the size, the Xiaomi SU7 electric sedan is 4997 mm long, 1963 mm wide, 1440 mm high and its wheelbase is 3000 mm. Despite almost 5-meter length, the Xiaomi SU7 Electric has a very small turning radius of 5.7 meters. Due to its large dimensions, SU7 has a boot space of 517 litres. Apart from this, the model also has a 105-litre front boot.

According to Xiaomi, the SU7 comes with adaptive LED headlights with 400 meter throw, which gives excellent visibility at night. This model also has a large 56-inch heads-up display. Talking about the interior, like many EVs today, the Xiaomi SU7 has a large infotainment unit measuring 16 inches in size. Apart from this, the model also has a fully digital driver display and 2 Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro tablets.

0-100 kmph in 2.78 seconds

This model can accelerate from 0-100 kmph in just 2.78 seconds and can provide a range of up to 810 km on a single charge. Meanwhile, the limited Founders Edition equipped with a dual-motor, four-wheel-drive powertrain, produces around 986 bhp of power and can accelerate from 0-100 kmph in just 1.98 seconds. SU7 supports ultra-fast charging thanks to its innovative 486V and 871V architecture. Xiaomi claims that with just 15 minutes of charging, the EV can cover a range of 350 kilometers and 510 kilometers respectively.
