Prashant tried to open the door of his room but it was locked from outside. However, his room does not even have a latch on the outside. Mother Uma Bai had also come out of her room and came into the courtyard. He also came outside, thinking that a thief had entered and chased one of the accused for some distance, but he had gone far away through the fields.
Dacoits entered the house with the help of wire
Uma Bai told Dainik Bhaskar that around 3 o’clock in the night, three people had jumped over the wall in the courtyard of the house. The main gate has a lattice door and another wooden door. The dacoits very cleverly made a hole near the latch with a screwdriver. Then opened the latch with the help of wire.
He first entered the room of his son and daughter-in-law. There he searched quietly for jewelery and money, but he did not find anything special.
The dacoits entered mother Uma Bai’s room next door. He was holding a screwdriver like weapon in his hands. With the help of which he first broke the iron cupboard and then opened the locker with the master key. Jewelery worth Rs 15 lakh and cash worth Rs 40 thousand were looted. During this time he was also attacked.
Uma Bai said that she saw the jeans hanging in her son’s room in the hands of the dacoits. Which he wore in the evening. They were looking for money in it. It also became clear from this that the dacoits had also entered the room of the son and daughter-in-law.

According to the statement of the victims, 3 people had entered their house, but some more people were also standing outside, who might have been doing surveillance work. There too, he started making holes in the entry gate of the house with the help of a screwdriver, but in the meantime the family members woke up. When he raised an alarm from inside, the dacoits ran away.

Poonam Sahu, the owner of the house where the dacoits first tried to commit the crime, is a driver in PHQ. When an attempt was made at his house, his wife and children got scared. Due to which no member of the house came out. He did not even inform the police or neighbors about this. After this the dacoits committed the crime in another house.
Anti crime unit and police started searching
Raipur’s Anti Crime Unit and Mana police station have started investigation. The police is finding out where the connection to the incident is and how many people were involved in it. Who were they, and where have they fled? The dacoits targeted only families with fewer members.
They left the road and cut the wires in the fields to enter and escape. The reason for this could be that they remain out of the range of nearby CCTV cameras. All this is possible only with a proper Reiki. The police are investigating on many such points and are searching for the accused.
