Agreement signed between aviation company Alliance Air and state government

On the special initiative of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, in the process of development and expansion of aviation facilities in the state of Chhattisgarh, the state government and the airline have decided to operate regular commercial air services by 70 seater aircraft from Bilaspur Airport to Delhi and Kolkata and Jagdalpur-Jabalpur-Delhi sector. An MOU was signed between the provider Alliance Air Company. MOU According to this, these three flights will start regularly from the last week of March.
In the MOU, a provision has been included to provide financial assistance to the airline company by the state government to compensate for the loss of flight cost on the basis of cost revenue model in case of non-availability of passengers in the airline flights.
It is noteworthy that Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai had launched the “Delhi-Bilaspur-Delhi”, “Kolkata-Bilaspur-Kolkata” air service of Alliance Air Company on March 12, 2024. On March 12, the flight “Delhi-Jabalpur-Jagdalpur-Jabalpur-Delhi” was inaugurated by Alliance Air Company. According to the summer schedule of Alliance Air Company, these three airlines will become regular from the last week of March
